Seeking a quote to have scaled plans drawn up for council approval. We've already submitted and had approved (pending issuance) a planning permit from Moyne. However they have advised they will be issuing permit with a condition that we provide amended (scaled) plans to include a proposed verandah and carport. Block is 750m2, dwelling itself is all of 12mt x 5mt; with proposed verandah being only 3x3mt and carport being single carport say 3 x 5.4mt. We have scaled house plans and elevations as we already own the dwelling and are planning on relocating it. We also have the septic plans and permit that Moyne issued and a basic site plan which is the part which does not fill the requirements.
