The house is built on a hill, and has obviously been built onto twice. I would like to raise the front end of the house, and put in a double carport underneath, with internal stairs.
I would also like to knock down the back end of the rear of the house, and build out the kitchen and entertaining area. The third stage would include adding another level to the house, with an extra bedroom and bathroom. I would love to share these ideas with a draftsman, and also take on board any prior learnings or ideas of property potential.
