To add a storey over my dwelling, I need a designer to measure and draw plans to comply with local council's policy and be compliance with engineer standard. The local council is whitehorse. You can refer to the attachment for the existing property. What I want is:
1. remove 3 walls around the bedrooms to create a spacious lounge;
2. add a storey with 3 bedrooms ( each with wardrobes) , one bathroom, an open place;
3. add a pergola to cover the deck in the backyard;
