Approx 32 m2 for addition, 40m2 for deck and alterations to internal walls.
I know exactly what I want done and have done a sketch with measurements for the design of the addition. I will happily provide a copy of the sketch on contact.
Would also be interested in obtaining a quote for additional required services such as Engineering, Certification and Soil test fees but not essential.
