There is currently a room that has been built onto one half of the rear of the house. I would like the current floor of the room to be re-used and a deck to be built off the side that would span the other half of the rear of the house. Both the deck and room would share a roof. The room and deck would be elevated (approx 2.1m) from the ground. Steps would need to be built off the deck to provide access to the backyard
