Existing autocad drawings to change for Section 96 in Hornsby Council

I have AutoCAD drawings for 78 Chapman Av Beecroft. I have to apply for Section 96.
Could you help me with some minor changes in the drawing?
1. Replace timber screening to cement sheeting for decks balustrades & underside.
2. On the deck on the west side, show Barbeque along with a working bench with sink on the north side.
3. Walkway balustrade to be of glass railing.
4. Alfresco steps to change from north side (5 m wide) to 2 sets of 2 m wide steps on East side.
5. Alfresco balustrade on North side added due to height > 1 m.
6. Laundry steps to be shown to flow down to north (in the landscaping plan it is shown as towards south).
