Hello,
We are looking at doing some renovations to the house and we need some help with the plans.
Although this is our first home, and it's the first time we do something like this, we have a clear idea on what we want (any extra advice on design and costs based on your experience would be very welcome!).
The job would basically include making the plans according to Blacktown council specifications and taking care of getting them approved.
It will be a plus if you can give us some advice/estimate on the costs that these modifications will incur.
