Drawaings for a carport to submit to Monash Council

Drawings are required for a carport at the front of a triple fronted dwelling. Brick piers and vaulted roof with roofing tiles. Electrical work will be minimal with two power points and 4 down-lights contained within the carport. Carport will be set 1 meter off the front of the house and will be free standing. A walk way will separate the house and the carport. Base will be exposed aggregate as per curved drive as is currently in place. Drainage will be required, with roof runoff planned for water tank. The rear of the block is steep and will not easily accommodate a carport or garage.
Final plans will be used to owner-build the carport. All necessary drawings will be required for council submission.
