Hi, I'm seeking a quote for drafting up an extension plan ready for submission to council.
Only apply if you are a licensed draftsman please. I will send a pdf with my design via email when you make contact and provide an email address. I have already drawn up roughly what I want but I'm not equipped to make it professional or suitable for council submission.
Basically it is for a flat roofed house to have a double carport which is under the existing roof-line, to be built-in and converted into a master bedroom, ensuite and study.
I haven't provided measurements and would prefer someone local who can come out to measure up.
I would need the job to be done within the next 4 or 5 weeks.
My budget for the draftsman is a max of $800
