Plans are required by Manningham Council to support a permit application for construction of a verandah and decking. Rough drawings already done and contractor selected and waiting to commence as soon as permits approved. (Permit application not submitted yet). Verandah approx 40 sq metres, timber construction, including guttering connection. Decking approx 60 sq metres. Site is sloping with fall of approx 1.5 m from front to rear of proposed decking site.
