We need plans to take to council for a rear house extension. We have the plans for the current residence from council archives and also have sketched the extension with measurements that you are welcome to have (6.9m x 7m - consisting of 2 bedrooms and a family room). Would also like a quote on engineering and soil tests if possible.
Good knowledge of City of Whittlesea procedures and bushfire regulations please.
