We need a drafting of a site plan for the Nillumbik Council. The fence is small - only 20 running metres. I will supply Building application checklist and directions as specified by the council, plus quote from the fence contractor detailing construction materials to be used for technical specs. Site plan is std - to show boundaries, existing buildings, easements, method of drainage, elevation and sections etc. The fence is planned as a simple 1.9m paling fence on the building line, which is well off (4.2m) the sidewalk.
