I am looking to build a garage on my property at Arncliffe. Under the Rockdale Council legislation this can be construed as a complying development. For approval for a complying development (DCP 57) I need to submit three copies of plans to council. The council DCP 57 form stipulates the plan requirements (notes 3-5)and I have inserted the link to the form below [http://www.rockdale.nsw.gov.au/Pages/pdf/Applicationforms/complying_development.pdf]. I would be grateful for a quote on the costs of such plans. The garage will be roughly a double car garage with an attached timber decking.
