We want to extend a 3 bed house to a 4 bed house, enlarge the living, dining and kitchen areas and add an ensuite to the main bedroom. We also want to change the carport to a garage and install a double carport in front of the garage which would include widening the drive (concrete) We want to do this with the minimul fuss and cost involved utislising what we already have.
