I need drawing/design work to modify an existing kitchen - a chimney is to be removed, some stumps need replacement and a window needs to be altered.
All of these drawings are for the installation of new kitchen cabinets, services and appliances.
The chimney and foundations will require approval from an engineer (yours or mine - I have one but he is not yet engaged).
These drawings will be submitted to a building surveyor for a building permit.
I expect that planning permission will not be required.
To clarify, the drawings will include:
1. re-stumping of a kitchen floor that has dropped
2. chimney removal
3. other drawings relevant to the kitchen re-model.
