Design and drafting of renovation to 1889 built single fronted victorian home.The house has an existing rear extention (kitchen/bathroom) which we will knock down and wish to replace with a 2 story extension - open plan living, dining, lounge and 2 rooms above. The house is currently a 3 bedroom home which we would like to convert to a 4 bedroom. the property is approximately 260m2.I would like the services to include unlimited changes prior to council submission, management of council changes (no fees at our expense), town planning permit etc. I will engage my own builder/s.
