We have a living room onto of the garage, which needs to be renovated, new joists and wall, we would like to dimension the renovation to be able to cater for a terrace on the flat roof, and entry to the terrace would be through the existing attic. A door needs to be put in from the attic to the terraces. We would need drawings and D/A approvals to be made.
