June requested 3 quotes from Draftsmen in Queens Park
We want to add another bedroom and a bathroom upstairs on the exisiting footprint of the house.
Internal stairs need to be moved to access the addition and to allow for re-design of the kitchen. Some internal walls to be demolished to achieve more open plan.
External stairs to lower floor to be covered in. Doors onto deck replaced with full width bi-folds.
Re-positioning of fireplace.
