I have a glass sliding door which links my study to a patio. when it rain heavily outside, the sliding door track fills up with water both inside and outside.
i have compared the door with another in my place which is exactly the same and there seems to be a cover that covers the track on the outside missing. i would assume that this needs to be replaced and then water tested. thank you.
