One door to balcony does not open so locks need to be looked at and (2) the door does not sit flush against the frame of the door so moves particularly when it is windy. i think the top part of the door frame needs to be replaced as the hole which catches the door lock was not cut correctly so the door moves and does not sit flush against the frame.
