I own and live in a unit (2nd floor) which has a door and window adjacent to the balcony. I need to have the remaining portion of the wall removed and bi fold doors installed (which i plan to buy myself, but will also consider buying from installer). Prior to commencing I also need plans to get strata approval for the wall removal. If this service is also offered by the installer it would be ideal but I am also seeking separate quotes on this.
Doors would be 2.9m wide and standard height and bought from the likes of Bradnams.
