Installation of multi-fold internal doors to separate a study from the hallway. The opening to the study is 2010 mm wide and 2410 mm high. The left wall is of concrete/masonry while the right one is internal cavity type. Ceiling is of plaster boards, not sure where the beams are though.
Multi-fold doors will be in three-leaf (left) + two-leaf (right) configuration, each leaf ~385mm wide. The two-leaf is a Corinthian bifold type ATHBF 770 mm x 2340 high. The three-leaf consists of Corinthian bifolds type ATHGBF with 'Crystal Leaf' glass option, 770 mm x 2340 high (one set and one extra leaf). The third (outmost) leaf should have a magnetic or spring latch at the top to hold it steady when in closed position.
Quote should include supply of the above specified doors, framing and installing and painting. Site inspection can be arranged upon request.
