Mark contacted and visited the site right away and submitted a competitive quote. He was very friendly and offered good advice. I decided to give him my business and he asked for a small deposit for the purchase of materials. Since then, he hasn't answered my phone or replied to my text messages, I'm so glad it was just a small amount and he showed his true colours before starting the work. Just be careful when dealing with him and don't hand any money until completion.
