Brick veneer 3 bedroom home to be renovated to replace multiple old aluminium windows with multiple Stegbar stacker doors. New lintel will need to be built to support 6 metre wide opening, which needs to be cut to size (2 existing large windows). There are additional two other walls to be cut to size to fit in alum doors as well. Carpentry and plastering work are required as well.
Registered domestic builder only and domestic builder's warranty required. Prior proof of experience similar to this job is required. Plans have been drawn and lintel specifications have been defined pending building permit.
