Automatic Garage Roller Door has gone bananas!

Our double garage roller door is very noisy on opening and closing. Screeching and shaking sounds.
It does not close properly on the first go, therefore we need to push the remote to open & close it at least two times before it is actually touching the ground to classify it as being closed.
Can you please advise me what it may be and costings.
