i am in the process of getting a ba approved for the demolition through the certicication professionals [ www.moretonbay.qld.gov.au/tcp ]
the house post war, is approx 8 squares of 3 beds 1 bath and 1 car and sits in the centre of the block [see attached]
access is straight forward - no overhead power and easy access to mccormack ave
settlement will take place on the 31st march and i would the demolition soon after that date
please advise if you require a site visit
