Kitchen - remove kitchen cupboards and appliances (to be reused so must be removed with care, lifting of tiles from kitchen and living room area. Floor boards will be laid later. Knocking down a wall between kitchen and living area.
Bathroom - currently there is a small bathroom and laundry, need to remove all fixtures and fittings from both rooms, remove tiles, rearrange plumbing as some of the fittings will move. Laundry has small amount of sheeted asbestos which needs to be removed.
