It borders both lots, so it needs the concrete base to be broken up and removed. l have now got the Council Consent to allow Demolition application approval, so l now require someone who is a registered building practitioner with insurance, to do this job within 2 weeks of today. The garage is a 9.15m x 6.65m in size, sides are around 2.1m in height, and the roof pitch is at 2.7m high. Its not a difficult job, but since we cannot dismantle it ourselves, and its over 40sq m, in which we require a building permit , and we need a RBP to do the work, and get the permit to do this job. Only Demolition contractors please, who is a Registered Building Practitioner, as this job needs a permit. The garage does have a base around 5 inches thick, so this will need to be broken up and removed..
