We require a home to be removed and the site cleared. The dwelling is a mid 1980 13sq BV with single carport underroof line and a small rear pergola home with new ensuite and bathroom facilities, it has a pine timber floor and timber windows.
Generally the home is in good condition and has tenants currently occupying the home.we need to be contacted for internal access and picture can be provided as it stands.
