partial demolition of existing dwelling to provide access to rear yard. I will isolate electricity(no other services exist) and remove windows and doors and sliding doors and any internal walls. THe walls are 100% brick so I need you to bring down the walls, remove the tiled roof and timber roof framing. I will also dispose of all the rubble and rubbish from the site. I would appreciate it though if you could give me a quote to demolish and remove rubbish and one to demolish only. The total area we're dealing with is 50-55 sq metres. You will need to obtain a demolition building permit from knox city council and the relevant insurance for the job
