I will be requiring your services over the coming months to clear out a block I intend to acquire for the development of 2 townhouses. It is a 635m2 block within the Maidstone area. The block currently houses a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house. Current property is (6.4m by 13.2m) + (3.8m by 2.9m) please combine these figures for the complete area.
One thing Ihaven't yet determined is whether the current house needs special asbestos treatment. For that reason it would be much appreciated if you could provide two quotes - one without asbestos care and one with asbestos care.
