I'm only interested in a quotation-only demolition of a residential property that I own in Ringwood.
The land is sub-divided and I own the property in front, it has a land size of 408 square metres and has trees plus a single-storey dwelling that is 148 square metres in size and includes some decking at the back.
The dwelling in question was built in the late 1960s, as far as I am aware, there is no asbestos of any kind; and also the dwelling is not connected with the second property at the rear other than shared wooden fencing and a concrete with drainage driveway.
I'm looking at a ball park figure of what it will cost to do the demo job, permits that includes removal for a clean site plus all trees.
