Hi,
Im interested in using your service for a 3rd floor apartment strip-out in Coogee. Stair access only.
Room 1: Kitchen - Removal of cupboards, benches, oven/stove, sink, splash back tiles and laminated floor covering.
Room 2: Bathroom - Removal of vanity, shower recess, toilet and bathtub. Removal of wet area tiles. Removal and salvage of timber wall coverings.
Room 3: Lounge - Removal of carpet.
Room 4/5: Bedrooms - Removal of carpet.
Other: Removal of brick non-load bearing wall between kitchen and bathroom, and removal of shelving in linen cupboard.
Disposal of all debris.
Hope to start work late July 2016.
