Site of approx 1055m2 needs to be cleared ready for re-development, in Mitcham VIC.
Site comprises existing brick veneer (tile roof) house of approx 128m2, separate brick garage of approx 68m2, approx 30m long concrete driveway, simple steel carport, a number of small trees, and a metal front fence.
I'm after a quote for demolition and clearing of the site. Please advise what services you offer, including permit applications, availability, etc.
I can send photos and plans of the site by email upon request, and can arrange site inspection by agreement. All going to plan, I'd be keen to have the work done in the second half of October.
