Hi, I'm looking for someone to demolish my front brick rendered fence (single fronted Victorian) in preparation for a new picket fence going in. photo is attached to give you an idea, but in summary
- 4.8m long brick fence to be demolished (ideally rubble removed, but not crucial, I can arrange)
- not sure what foundations are under the brick fence, but they will need to be dug out in the places the new posts are going in for the new picket fence. There are 3 posts going in.
- path from fence to front veranda to be taken up. It’s about 0.9m wide by 1.4m long. 100mm thick.
- as the current brick fence is set back between the piers 100mm or so, looking to have the path in front of the house cut with concrete saw in line with the front boundary, so new fence will sit right on front boundary…hope that makes sense.
That’s all. As I mentioned it would be good for the person demolishing to also remove the rubble although if you want to quote just on demolishing fence and leaving rubble then that’s ok, I can arrange removal.
