A new timber deck with a glass balustrade in Rye

  We would like a price to remove and recycling of two non-complying decks and construction a new deck and associated glass balustrade to match the drawings enclosed.

Notes
1. The site is accessible at the moment and a site visit is highly recommended
2. The new deck to the south east and the northern deck extension to be carefully disassembled. Existing decking where ever possible to be reused and untreated pine beams to be stacked neatly in the carpark under the house.
3. The glass handrail is to have a continuous glass channel to the base with no solid balustrades and the smallest possible aluminium channel on the top.
4. New deck to be sanded and oiled
5. Steel SHS`s to overrun to of a consistent height of 3m above the deck and be stop ended and painted in gloss black acrylic.
6. Timber beams to overrun SHS by 400mm and profile to be agreed on site.
7. Site to be cleaned on completion
8. All work to relevant Australian standards and BCA requirements
