Hi I recently wound my roman blind up a fraction too far and hear a pop, now the blind won't wind up any more.
When I opened up the mechanism which the pull chain runs through I found that the teeth on one of the plastic components had snapped off. I've looked high and low for a
replacement but continually get told that the part has never been seen before and it'll cost me $2500 to replace the whole blind. I find this hard to believe and except!
Can you please help! or put me onto someone who might know the answer. Unfortunately I don't know the company who made the blind. Please see photos below of what I'm talking
about.
