Rollup awning/ horizontal blind for balcony

We have a balcony approx 8 (length) x 2m (depth).
I want to attach a rollup awning to the wall under the box gutter, with clip ties or similar to hold it when rolled up.
When is use it would be unrolled and supported on poles that slip into pole holders attached to the balcony edge.
I can get the awning made if you don't want to do that part - it needs to be made of waterproof material (e.g. sailcloth).
