Installing extra blind into a window already fitted with a curtain

I need help in installing an old blind into a window that is already fitted with curtains (sheer and drape - on Railing and Rod). Window measurement is approx 1600X1800. The Holland Blind is with cord but has come off from its original railing (need some gum to stick it back). The existing window's brackets for the curtain (both sheer's bracket & drape's bracket) need to be replaced with a longer one to allow the blind to come after the window frame. The layering of the window (from the glass) would be the Holland Blind (with cord), then the sheer then the drape.
