There are 4 Austrian curtains which were custom made about 15 years ago. They are edged with blue satin ribbon which had faded and needs to be replaced. They also need to be taken down and cleaned. They are made of lace fabric backed with calico.The biggest problem is that the plastic fittings which gathered the curtain fabric and through which the cord is threaded are now brittle and breaking off so the curtains are losing their shape. Would like these plastric parts replaced with something which is going to last. Three of the curtains are on west facing windows and get full sun.
