One of my two fabric blinds is broken; the chain seems to have come out of the pulley device and so does not unroll the blind. It can be manually 'pulled' to unroll, but then cannot be rolled back up. The cause of the problem is unknown as no parts look visibly broken or damaged, and the chain is still one complete piece.
