In my appartment i have 4 sets of somfy motorised blinds .they are working well except on one blind the cotton seperating the venetian slats has frayed and as a consequence the blinds will not close effectively allowing them to be raised.there is no problem with the motorised system .i spoke to a blind shop and they said the blind needs to be "re-corded"
