Structural Engineer Report

Georgia requested 3 quotes from Construction & Property Services Experts in Northcote

Following a fire at my property in October 2017, the home sustained severe structural damages. Repairs have yet to be completed, however as there has been non-existent guttering on the home now for approx. 18 months, I have noticed cracks in the brickwork that have formed and believe that due to the improper drainage that this has caused cracks to the brickwork. I require a report indicating that improper drainage caused this . This was also inspected by Mainmark, and their quotation indicates that this is a contributing factor and that Tereteking is something that is recommended. I require a report corroborating Mainmark's finding do that I can present to my insurance company. The Engineer's report will then make it irrefutable for my insurance company, who claim that if this were the case then cracking would be evident throughout the whole home, despite the fact that the non-existent guttering was only at the rear of the home and hence where the cracking has occurred.
