I have 2 small incomplete residential townhouses that my builder has left abandoned.
I need a quantity surveyor or building expert to create a VCAT report that provides itemised amounts for the remaining works that will need to be done to complete the townhouses. The townhouses are currently at lock-up stage, as in, lock-up stage has been reached, with only fixing and completion stages left.
There is a contract with the builder who has abandoned which contains the specifications which must be referenced.
You must have extensive building or quantity surveying experience as well as written VCAT reports before and appeared before VCAT for building related matters.
