I need to have detailed cost estimate for my project. I want the cost to be broken down by materials and labour. Preferably I need someone who has got experience with preparing such estimates for banks to get construction loan approved. At this stage I have only Town Planning endorsed drawing, I need to make a series of decision which type of materials to select in order to optimise cost. It has to be done BEFORE working drawing stage and then estimate to be revised after working drawing completion. Please provide a quote for dwelling 1 only.
