I need engineering drawings. I have town planning approval for a third storey to be added to my two storey townhouse. My draftsman has advised there is a long wait (several months) to get... I need engineering drawings. I have town planning approval for a third storey to be added to my two storey townhouse. My draftsman has advised there is a long wait (several months) to get engineering done through his engineer. His engineer is very competitive on price hence the delay. I have full working drawings and have only been able to retrieve some of the original engineering drawings from council archive. My draftsman has said that what I have is enough for engineering. I am happy to pay cash and do not require an invoice. I am ready to proceed now. I also have town planning approval for two double storey townhouses that will be constructed in August and I need engineering drawings for them too.

Need advice and quote to provide structural specs for partial removal of two internal walls and replacement with structural beams/lintels as required. The place is ground floor apartment in a... Need advice and quote to provide structural specs for partial removal of two internal walls and replacement with structural beams/lintels as required. The place is ground floor apartment in a double brick two storey building. Ceiling is concrete slab. The plan is to partially remove two walls to create open plan living/kitchen. I will need certified plans and specifications as it will need to go through body corporate for approval. I have already had preliminary verbal advice that it is possible and now I want to progress to the next stage. On site quote preferred. Please contact me if further information is required.
