I had engineering drawings done for 2 new townhouses that were obtained for me by my drafting firm.
I only received 5 pages of drawings and computations out of the 6 pages that I should have received.
The missing page is the one for drainage design WITHOUT the detention system. I am not required to have a detention system as I paid a special contribution to council waive the requirement.
My drafting firm says that I need normal drainage with down pipes, discharge and driveway pits.
The original engineer won’t complete the drainage design unless I pay an extra amount that. The drainage design should have been included in the set of drawings that I paid for already.
I’m looking for an engineer to complete the drainage design so that my set of engineering drawings is complete.
