Crossover is to be constructed of un-reinforced 32MPa strength concrete, 100mm thick.
Above dimensions include footpath - assume replacement is required - min. 100mm thick concrete to match crossover.
Permit has been obtained from Glen Eira Council.
There are no stormwater drains or services pits in the approved location.
Contractor must have Public Liability Insurance for min. $10M.
