Slab for shed and water tank 20m2 backyard

I need two slabs laid. one for a 20m3 water tank which will be approx 3.5x4.0mx100mm and the other for a 10m2 shed - 3.4x3.4mx75mm. they both need to be lightly reinforced. they are in the backyard so access is limited to mini-mixers (3m height and 2.7m width clearance). the site has been lightly excavated, so might be okay or might need to be a liitle deeper.
