Slab 100mm thick slab to support slim line water tank

Need a slab for a 3000L Slim Line Water tank 2.6 length and 8.2 wide. Slab needs to be100mm thick, 62 mesh in concrete and to be approx an addtional 10cm or so more than the measurements of the water tank for some space from the wall of the house which also needs to be taken into account. Very keen to get this job done so I can purchase the water tank and get it fitted by a plumber. The slab will be situated at the side of a newly renovated colonial/queensland house. Not sure of how much this will cost so the estimated budget that I have chosen may not be realistic.
